Register Your Remigo Warranty
To be eligible for your 2-year warranty coverage, your new Remigo motor must be registered immediately upon purchase. Follow these simple steps to activate your warranty:
Remigo Global Limited Warranty
This Remigo Limited Warranty applies to new products purchased in the European Union and the rest of the world (excluding the United States and Canada). Registration lists must be maintained by Remigo and authorized Remigo dealers should a safety recall notification under CE directives or other applicable regional safety regulations be required.
Statutory Rights Acknowledgment: For consumers, particularly those in the European Union, this commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect or limit, your statutory rights under applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
To be eligible for this commercial warranty coverage, the product must be registered with Remigo. At the time of sale, the owner must complete and submit the online warranty registration form at https://remigo.eu/warranty-registration/. If purchased from a dealer, the dealer must complete the online warranty registration on your behalf. Warranty coverage is not effective until your product is registered with Remigo.
You may change your address on file with Remigo at any time, including at the time of a warranty claim, by emailing your name, previous address, new address, and engine serial number to sales@remigo.eu.
At Remigo, every engine is operated and tested before it is boxed for shipment to make sure the product is ready for use. All engine products are tested in a controlled and monitored environment for a full battery cycle to confirm quality and compliance with applicable global regulations and internal standards.
What Is Covered
Remigo warrants its new products to be free of defects in material and workmanship during the Remigo Limited Warranty period.
Duration of Coverage
This Remigo Limited Warranty provides coverage for two (2) years from the date of purchase. The time is measured from the date the product is first sold to a retail purchaser, or the date on which the product is first put into service, whichever occurs first. The product is permanently removed from warranty coverage three (3) years after its date of manufacture. The repair or replacement of parts, or the performance of service under this warranty, does not extend the life of this warranty beyond its original expiration date. Unexpired warranty coverage can be transferred from one pleasure-use customer to a subsequent pleasure-use customer upon proper re-registration of the product. Unexpired warranty coverage cannot be transferred to or from a commercial-use customer.
Requirements for Obtaining Warranty
Warranty coverage is available only to retail customers who purchase directly from Remigo, or from a dealer authorized by Remigo. Inaccurate warranty registration information regarding pleasure use, or subsequent change of use from pleasure to commercial, may void the warranty at the sole discretion of Remigo.
Purchaser’s Responsibility
The purchaser must perform all regular maintenance in compliance with the applicable operation and maintenance manual and maintain records of service. Remigo reserves the right to make warranty coverage contingent upon proof of proper maintenance.
What Remigo Will Do
Remigo’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is limited to, at Remigo’s option, repairing a defective part, replacing such part or parts with new or Remigo-certified remanufactured parts, or refunding the purchase price. Remigo reserves the right to improve or modify products from time to time without assuming an obligation to modify products previously manufactured.
How To Obtain Warranty Coverage
Warranty claims must be made directly through Remigo or through a Remigo authorized repair facility. The customer must provide Remigo with a reasonable opportunity to repair and reasonable access to the product. Claims shall be made by delivering the product for inspection directly to Remigo or to an authorized dealer. If the purchaser cannot deliver the product, written notice must be given to Remigo, who may then arrange for inspection. The purchaser shall pay for all related transportation charges and/or travel time unless prohibited by local statutory law. The purchaser shall not ship the product directly to Remigo without prior authorization.
